Summary of career profile as follows...
HVAC cost estimation experience of 4 years in Blue Star, Malaysia & by floating 1100 Crores INR aided company's growth by possessing 185 Crore INR projects in tendering for Central Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation for multi storey commercial buildings like Offices, Hospitals, Universities, Airports, Shopping Malls & Hotels etc., from tender drawings & documents.

Dubai experience for an year in Lowside HVAC Planning for 8000TR (150 Crore INR) Central Air-Conditioning project equipment like AHU, FCU, Ventilation fans, Air & Water distribution products with accessories, co-ordination with material store & site work progress.

5+ years of Clean room experience includes developing conceptual, detail & installation details for Class 10K & 100K applications for Pharmaceutical, Biotech & Semiconductor, Scientific R&D, Life Sciences facilities, which includes design of modular wall & ceiling panel system, cGMP layouts & HVAC system design. Liaison with client, contractor & site engineers in due course of project schedule. Involved in conducting of validation activities on clean room & HVAC system.

5+ years of Planning, Design & Drafting experience for projects like HVAC, Cooling Load Calculation, MEP, Ducting, Piping, Airside & Waterside Schematics, QA/QC activities in various projects viz. Civil layouts, Mechanical drawings, MAPs, Paper to CAD conversion, Raster to Vector conversion. Structural, Piping & Instrumentation, Architectural and Facility drawings (i.e., floor plans, section & elevation plans), contour maps, utility distribution networks maps for electric, gas, water, sewage and telecom.
